If you want to work on adventure programs with middle school students, travel the State of Michigan with Camp 4 All, or provide leadership for the Experiential Ink team, we have a position for you! In conjunction with the Program and Executive Directors, the Coordinators will provide leadership top the Camp 4 All team. The Camp 4 All Program Coordinator will be the conductor of the Experiential Ink train during the month of August. The program coordinator will plan and execute evening programs, make sure that meals run on time and assist counselors in making sure campers find where they need to be during each program period. In conjunction with the Program and Executive Directors, the Coordinators will provide leadership top the Camp 4 All team. The Camp 4 All Staff Coordinator is there to support the staff. They will create staff schedules and manage time off for the team. They will also serve as a mentor to the counselors who will be in the cabin with the campers. For a complete description go here!
The Health Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the health of all members of the Camp 4 All program family. Prior to camp they will communicate with parents about the needs of each camper. The Health Officer will dispense daily medications, maintain paperwork, and work with the food service of each facility we visit to ensure that a campers dietary needs are met. The counselors for any camp program are vital to the success and impact the program provides. If you want to make an impact on the lives of the LGBTQ+ campers who will be attending Camp 4 All, this is the position for you! You will be a friend, a mentor, a leader and a confidant. We need many different types of counselors for our many different types of campers. It doesn't matter if you're shy or outgoing, short or tall, or any other characteristic.
